PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

For each scheduled event, DuePunti eventi s.r.l. allocates a specific number of admission tickets for persons with disabilities requiring continuous personal assistance (hereinafter referred to as “persons with disabilities”) and their companions. The number of such tickets is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the characteristics of the venue and the nature of the event.

Access to the event is granted to companions of persons with disabilities who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Each person with a disability may attend the event with only one companion.

Unless prevented by particular characteristics of the venue and/or specific safety requirements, the Organizer reserves areas located near emergency exits—or otherwise specially designated sections—to ensure the safety and wellbeing of persons with disabilities and their companions.

Persons with disabilities and their companions are entitled to occupy only the seats assigned to them by the Organizer.

DuePunti eventi s.r.l. declines all responsibility for any damages or injuries sustained by persons with disabilities and/or their companions who position themselves in areas other than those reserved for them, as indicated on their admission ticket.

Admission tickets reserved for persons with disabilities and their companions are available only by prior reservation, to be made in accordance with the procedures specified below.

For safety reasons and to protect the wellbeing of all attendees, the Organizer reserves the right to deny access to persons with disabilities and their companions who hold a valid ticket for a section other than the one specifically designated for them.

DuePunti eventi s.r.l. does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities in the vicinity of the event venue, nor the availability of free spaces in any such designated parking areas that may exist nearby.

TICKET RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Persons with disabilities wishing to request access must send an email to info@duepuntieventi.com at least one month prior to the event, providing the following information:
– A copy of Law 104 certification or other official disability documentation;
– The name and date of the event they wish to attend;
– An indication of whether or not they use a wheelchair.

Requests will be processed by the ticket office in chronological order. Subject to availability in the dedicated area, applicants will receive all necessary information via email. The person holding a valid disability certificate is entitled to free admission, while one companion is required and must purchase a ticket at the standard price.

It will not be possible to issue admission tickets for dedicated areas on the evening of the event.

A person with a disability holding a valid admission ticket obtained in accordance with the above procedures is entitled to attend the event together with their designated companion.

The Organizer undertakes to respond to all booking requests received, including those that cannot be accepted due to the maximum number of reserved seats for the event having been reached.

Please note that the mere submission of a booking request does not entitle the applicant to attend the event. Participation is granted only upon written confirmation of the reservation by the Organizer.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING

The introduction and unauthorized use of audio, video, and photographic recording equipment is strictly prohibited. To ensure compliance, bag and backpack inspections will be carried out at the entrance.

CHILDREN

For seated events, children under the age of 3 years are admitted free of charge, provided they are accompanied by at least one adult who must hold a valid ticket.
If the accompanying adult holds a ticket for a seated section, the child under 3 years of age must be seated on the adult’s lap, as they are not entitled to occupy a separate seat. If the child occupies a seat, a ticket must be purchased for that seat. If the child occupies a seat, arrangements must be made to purchase the seat.

In the case of events with standing room only, free admission is allowed for children under the age of 6 accompanied by at least one adult who must have compulsorily purchased a ticket.

In the case of events offering a reduced ticket for children, the purchase of such a ticket is mandatory.

From the age of 14 years, minors may attend the event unaccompanied, provided they possess a valid admission ticket. However, DuePunti Eventi s.r.l. declines all responsibility for any damage suffered by or caused by unaccompanied minors aged 14 or older during the event.

The Organizer declines any responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorized or secondary channels.

For detailed information regarding payment methods, shipping and delivery, as well as the “Best Seat” and “Seat Selection” options, customers must contact the official ticketing provider through which the ticket was purchased.
For events requiring personalized (name-registered) tickets, pursuant to the Italian law decree of June 27, 2019 against secondary ticketing, a name change may be requested after purchase.

Please note that, by law, each ticket must display the name of the actual attendee, corresponding to their valid identification document.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event in the following cases:
– The attendee is in possession of an invalid or counterfeit ticket;
– The ticket is torn, damaged, or otherwise not intact.

In case of loss, theft, or misplacement, tickets cannot be refunded, reissued, or duplicated, nor can they be replaced with tickets for another event (as per Circular No. 165 of 07/09/2000 – Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and Circular of the Revenue Agency, 2 December 2002).

If the attendee chooses not to attend, no refund will be issued for either the ticket price or any additional service fees (Art. 7, paragraph b of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, implementing EU Directive 97/7/EC).

Attendees are advised to bring a rain poncho, as umbrellas are not permitted inside the event area.

If severe weather conditions occur that may compromise the success of the event or the safety of artists and the audience, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

Each individual event may be subject to specific limitations or conditions, which will be detailed on the corresponding event page.

POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING TO ANOTHER DATE / TIME / VENUE
DuePunti Eventi s.r.l. reserves the right to modify the date, time, or venue of an event for technical or organizational reasons, or due to force majeure (including, but not limited to: earthquakes, severe storms, general strikes, acts of terrorism, epidemics, etc.).

In the event of such a change, the purchased ticket will remain valid for the new scheduled date, time, and/or venue.

Attendees are encouraged to periodically check this website, and in particular the page dedicated to the specific event, to verify whether the date, time, or location of the event has been modified.

In any other case, the attendee may either keep and use the existing ticket for the rescheduled event or, where permitted, request a refund of the ticket price according to the procedures outlined on the corresponding event page.

A change in the starting time of the event (that does not involve a postponement to another date) does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange for another event.

In all cases, the refund process must follow the procedures communicated through the official DuePunti Eventi s.r.l. channels

Unless otherwise expressly stated, in the event of cancellation, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only, excluding presale fees, handling charges, commissions, and any other additional sums collected by the authorized ticketing agent.
Apart from the ticket price refund as specified above, DuePunti Eventi s.r.l. shall not be held liable for any other costs, expenses, losses, or damages incurred by the attendee as a result of the event’s cancellation.
