TICKETS – ENTRANCES
DuePunti Eventi srl uses the sales circuits specified on this website on the tickets and conditions
page. These circuits are the only ones authorized to sell concert tickets.
The organiser declines all responsibility in the event of ticket purchases outside the authorised
ticketing circuits.
For events with a nominative ticket according to the decree law of 27 June 2019 against “secondary
ticketing”, it is possible to change the name after purchase.
We remind you that each entry ticket must by law bear the name of the actual participant in the event,
as shown on the identity document.
The organizer reserves the right not to allow entry to the show in the following cases:– the spectator is
in possession of an irregular entry ticket– the ticket is torn or otherwise not intact.
In case of loss or theft, tickets cannot be refunded, nor can duplicates or reprints be issued. (as
indicated in Circular of 07/09/2000 n. 165 Ministry of Finance – Department of Revenue Dir. Central:
Legal Affairs and Content. Tax – point 5.1 and Revenue Agency Circular – 2 December 2002) or
replaced with tickets for another event.
In case of cancellation by the spectator, no refund will be provided — neither for the ticket price nor for
any additional fees (art. 7 – paragraph b. of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, which implements
EEC Directive 97/7/EC).
Any complaint regarding your seat may be made before or during the show. No type of complaint will
be accepted subsequently.
Spectators must show their entrance ticket at any time upon request of the control staff. The ticket
must be kept by the spectator until the performance area exits.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Is strictly prohibited:
– record, photograph and film in full or in part the shows with any
– audio or video equipment, except to regularly accredited persons
– carry out aggressive acts against control personnel
– damage or tamper with facilities, infrastructure and services in any way
– climbing on balustrades, parapets, dividers and other structures not intended for the public to stay
– station on access and exodus routes and any other escape routes
Access will not be permitted to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
LIMITATIONS
We inform all spectators that, as required by the security regulations of the Police Force, access to the
Concert Area is subject to a precise regulation, it will not be allowed to introduce in the performance
venue:
– Suitcases, trolleys, bags and backpacks larger than 10 litres (about the size of an A4 sheet)
– Spray cans (e.g. Mosquito repellents, deodorants, sunscreens, etc)
– Stadium trumpets
– Flammable material
– Weapons, explosive material, smoke bombs, flares
– Stones, knives and all objects for pointing or cutting
– Drinks
– Cans, glass and plastic bottles, water bottles
– Umbrellas
– Musical instruments
– Selfie sticks and tripods
– Audio/video recording equipment
– Laser pointers
– Drones, remote-controlled objects
– Material which obstructs visibility for other spectators, which interferes with emergency signs or
which in any case obstructs escape routes
– All objects likely to offend
– Strollers
– Helmets
– Powerbank and pc
– Animals of any gender and size
Personal searches are planned (even with the use of metal detector equipment), so we ask everyone
to cooperate with security personnel. If found in possession of items considered unfit to be brought
into the concert area (see list above), such items may either be left (unguarded) at the entrance to the
location or returned to their own means of transport.
CHILDREN
In the case of events with seating, free entry is permitted to children under the age of 3 accompanied
by at least one adult who must have purchased the ticket.
In the case of single standing room events, free entry is permitted to children under the age of 6
accompanied by at least one adult who must have purchased the ticket.
If the child occupies a seat, a ticket must be purchased for that seat.
In the case of an event with a special reduced ticket, the purchase is considered binding.
All minors up to the age of 14 must attend the Event accompanied by an adult with a regular entry
ticket.
In the event of entry to the Event without an adult companion, no responsibility will be attributed to
DuePunti Eventi if problems arise related to this violation.
ANIMALS
Animals of any gender and size are not allowed access.
DISABLED
To apply, disabled people must send an email to info@duepuntieventi.com at least one month before
the event, indicating the following information:
– attach law 104 or disability certification
– indicate the event you are interested in
– indicate presence or absence of wheelchair for walking
The ticket office will take care of the requests in chronological order and, subject to availability in the
dedicated area, will give all the necessary information via email. The person with a certificate enters
free of charge but only one companion is mandatory who pays the price of the relevant ticket.
It will not be possible to issue admission tickets for dedicated areas on the evening of the event.
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
Events taking place in outdoor locations will also be held in rain/bad weather. We recommend having a
rain cape.
If there are severe episodes of bad weather that can compromise the success of the show and not
guarantee the safety of the artists and the public, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule the event.
If this happens after 50% of the show has been held, there will be no refund of entrance fees.
Each individual event may be subject to specific limitations or conditions set out in the individual
event tab.
POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT TO ANOTHER DATE/TIME/PLACE
DuePunti Eventi srl has the right to vary the date and/or time and/or place of the event for technical-
organizational reasons or for reasons of force majeure (by way of example and not limited to:
earthquakes, storms, general strikes, terrorism, epidemic diseases, etc).
In the event of a change in the event programme, the ticket purchased may also remain valid for the
new date/time/place scheduled for the show.
The viewer is invited to periodically check this website, specifically the page relating to the event of
interest, in order to verify that the place, date or time of the event has not changed.
In any other case, the spectator may, in addition to keeping and using the ticket to participate in the
Show in the different place or on the different established day/time, also opt for a refund of the ticket
price, where applicable, according to the methods that will be reported on the individual page of the
event.
CANCELLATION
DuePunti Eventi srl has the right to cancel the show for technical-organizational reasons or for reasons
of force majeure (by way of example and not limited to: earthquakes, storms, general strikes,
terrorism, epidemic diseases, etc).
Information relating to the cancellation of the show will be communicated on this site and on that of
the ticketing circuit. Furthermore, where applicable, the refund procedures for the ticket price will be
specified.
REFUNDS
In general refunds, where applicable, must be requested from the relevant circuit within 10 days from
the date of the event. Those who have purchased a ticket through the points of sale will have to
proceed to request a refund through the online channel of the relevant circuit, because physical points
of sale are not enabled to make the refund. In any case, the procedure you can follow is the one
communicated in the DuePunti Eventi communication channels.
It is understood that, unless expressly indicated, in the event of cancellation of the Show the buyer will
be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, excluding presale fees and also excluding charges,
commissions and/or any further sum that the authorized reseller has requested and collected by the
buyer.
Except for the ticket price as indicated above, DuePunti Eventi srl will not be in any way responsible for
any costs, charges, expenses, damages borne or suffered by the Spectator as a result of the
cancellation of the Show.
THEFTS /LOSSES
The Organization has no responsibility for damage, lost or stolen items inside the concert venue or in
parking lots located outside.
PRIVACY
The viewer now gives his consent to DuePunti Eventi srl and to third parties appointed by it to be
photographed, filmed or recorded.
DuePunti Eventi srl or third parties appointed by it will have the right to transmit, publish, license and
use any photograph, film, recording or image.
